Training on the TRIMOS LABCONCEPT 1100 NANO universal length measuring device
Yesterday, we attended a professional metrology training course on the TRIMOS LABCONCEPT 1100 NANO universal length measuring device, where we were shown how to measure various rings (smooth, threaded), gauges (smooth, threaded), end measures, and micrometric taps.
We are currently the only metrology organization in Slovakia with such comprehensive equipment from TRIMOS.
Using TRIMOS LABCONCEPT 1100 NANO, we can measure with an uncertainty of 0.2 μm. We measure threaded and smooth rings in automatic mode. We can measure smooth rings from 1 mm to 150 mm (T touch) and from 150 mm to 300 mm (measuring pins). We can measure threaded rings from M3 to M150 threads. We measure smooth gauges from 1 mm to 150 mm, but we are also able to measure up to 1000 mm. We calibrate end gauges from 0.1 mm to 1000 mm and micrometric gauges from 25 mm to 300 mm with accreditation, but we plan to calibrate up to 1000 mm in the near future.
