SLM offers the use of modern measuring technology for measuring the geometric parameters of components (linear and angular dimensions, geometric characteristics of simple and complex components). We have coordinate measuring technology equipped with a fixed and rotating head, a rotating table, a camera and a laser sensor. The hardware and software equipment also allows us to measure very complex surfaces using a curve module, a gear wheel measurement module and a 3D surface measurement module.

Measurement of geometric parameters with a LEICA multistation


SLM has a Leica MS50 multistation, which combines all major measurement technologies in one device (3D scanning, high-precision total station, digital imaging). The multi-station provides unrivalled accuracy, data quality and a wide range of applications where it can be used. It integrates 3D point clouds into standard measurement procedures. This feature allows you to collect and visualise measured data together with high-precision scanned data.

Accredited temperature and humidity measurement


SLM offers temperature field measurement in thermostats, stability and homogeneity measurement in temperature and climate chambers. When using and purchasing any device for generating a temperature field, it is also necessary to consider the requirements for field quality in relation to ensuring the quality of output products or services. Parameters such as homogeneity or stability may change over time due to the aging of components or changes in the device's environment. Therefore, we recommend regular calibration of these devices not only as a quality control tool, but also as a tool for fault diagnosis and process optimization.
